and attention to detail. We want you to love your order.

OUR GUARANTEE

If your bag arrives damaged, defective, or not as 
described, we will offer you a full refund or a free 
replacement. No questions asked.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND

To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide a clear photo of the issue
- Send your request to: kevincrochetbags@gmail.com

Refunds are NOT accepted for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Slight color variations due to screen settings
- Minor differences in flower placement 
  (each bag is unique and handmade)

Once your request is approved:
- Refund issued within 5-7 business days
- Returned to your original payment method
- You will receive a confirmation email

RETURNS

We do not require you to return the item 
for damaged or defective claims.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
